This pharmacy tends not to request items on a monthly basis as I requested, so some deliveries are six weeks since the previous one and so some drugs have run out. Despite several trips into the branch to try and sort out this problem, you leave the branch thinking it is settled - but then it happens again (and again). Some items not required are sent, so a terrible waste of NHS funds. | ||||||

I have always found staff to be extremely helpful. When I was discharged from hospital without a necessary appliance and unable to drive they brought it to me. I really felt that nothing was too much trouble and they wanted to help. | ||||||

Staff lovely but getting the right prescriptions on monthly basis is very hit and miss, even with batch/pre ordered monthly medications which have not changed for a long time. As previous review said, I too have ended up with excess of one prescription item and not enough of another. Still not sure if the doctors surgery is also at fault. But it can be distressing if you expect your medication to be there and for some reason it’s not. | ||||||
