    Nobody in any business likes being told they're useless, as the staff at Broughton Pharmacy are. Put a prescription in and it was still not ready after a week. Moved my next prescription to another pharmacy and it was ready within two days and they even sent me an SMS message to tell me it was ready which is 100% better then Broughton Pharmacy where I was queueing for 20 minutes to be told it wasn't ready.

    Scripts never ready even after three full working days. Staff under too much pressure and seem stressed. Pharmacist always on his mobile!! Very unprofessional service.

    Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here, always helpful, informative and try their very best to give customer satisfaction at all times.
