Today my children had their yellow fever injection. This pharmacy was highly recommended to me by a friend. I was so relieved to be able to get an appointment whereby we did not have to wait for days. From the time of making the appointments over the telephone, the staff was extremely polite, and efficient. The telephone was answered quickly and the staff was accommodating to my urgent request for an appointment. On arriving for the appointment we were greeted with a smile and we were was made to feel at ease. The children were seen straight away. The staffs were very professional and warm towards them. In fact, the way the injection ministered, it was over and done with, before they realized. The children were nervous about having the vaccination, my daughter, in particular, was tearful from home, During the process, she was very relaxed and she came out of the room smiling. I will certainly without hesitation recommend this pharmacy. I will certainly make the effort to visit again, as I picked up some fabulous product from there.
I had heard the St Clare's pharmacy at East Croydon provided a very good service and so I arranged for all my repeat prescriptions to go to them. I really wish I hadn't because their service is total crap. I ran out of anti-depressants and urgently needed a repeat prescription......instead I got medication that I don't need and don't take anymore. Now I have to go back out in this awful weather to get my anti-depressants from them which magically appeared after I shouted at them on the phone. Never again.

The gentleman in front of me was trying to buy 4 x Viagra tablets, the lady behind the counter had no qualms at all about letting everyone in the shop know he'd have to buy 8 tablets for £34 as opposed to the £20 for 4. They let the whole shop know his business. Dreadful. Kept me waiting for over 45 minutes. I left under protest only to be told that somehow it was all my fault. I went to Tesco Pharmacy instead, got seen straight away and had excellent, professional service. And they wonder why Tesco is taking over the High St. Get with it.
