I am disappointed with this chemist, the staff are rude, they are extremely unorganised and more often than not my prescription can’t be found. They don’t seem to have an organised system and have to go searching for my prescription. Often my tablets have not arrived in and have to be ordered so I have to make 2 trips even though my last order was ordered online 5 days previously. It’s not good enough and something needs to be done as the quality of their service and the staffs attitude is at rock bottom. Get a grip and please sort this pharmacy and it’s staff out. It’s just not good enough.

Lack of professionalism and lack of care. Only 2 customers inside due to Covid and they all ignore you. One customer who was already dealt with and now waiting for their prescription and the other one waiting to be asked their name. But that takes a while and in this time all 3 chemist employees ignore you: no eye contact, a smile, sorry, just a minute please, some sort of aknowledgment to show you that they saw you, that they respect you and they care that you are there. And when someone finally looks at you, he or she just stare at you without saying a word. The only time they say something is when they have your medication: ''address'' and that is all. No please, no thank you. There is a new very young chemist who I thought that he will be different but no, he is the same. He copied the other ones. I thought that it was a one off experience but that happened all the time. And it would be good a response for critical reviews not only for the positive ones. Also: back in January I had Covid, I ended up in hospital for oxigen. I live on my own, I was isolated in my home for 10 days. I had severe stomach pain, indigestion and I phoned this Chemist for help with a medication being delivered as per my GP advice. I understand that you do not offer delivery but you even did not try for an alternative, an advise and you even told me that I should come and get myself the medication and that it didn't matter that I was infected with Covid. That was absolutely shocking and dangerous. The whole nation was on lockdown and according to you, I should have come to the Chemist in Stirchley and infect everyone and put other people life in danger and more pressure on NHS. Please, do show some care towards you clients and please do stop ignoring them ??
