We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I have picked up my prescription but one item was missing I told the staff who said it couldn't be because it was packed by a robot and it never makes mistakes
No matter what I said they were adamant that even though it wasn't in the bag the robot couldn't be responsible it never makes mistakes So they wouldn't replace the item so I had to leave without it this can't be right???

Absolutely horrible service. Can never get through on the phone no matter what time we call.
Regularly miss medicine off my mum's home delivery and then can't get through. Nevermind duty of care the woman audibly scoffed on the phone when I said this happens every month.
Going to be changing to another pharmacy

I regularly deal with this pharmacy. The staff are always busy but manage to be polite and efficient. If at any time a problem arises, they do their very best to resolve it.
