    Pharmacy is under new management by a pharmacist that knows nothing about customer service, she is rude, obnoxious and arrogant. Stay away!

    The pharmacy is under new management. They know nothing of customer service, they are rude and arrogant. They took my money, gave me partial medication, 12 days later I went in to enquire about where the rest of my medication is. The rude, arrogant pharmacist ( a short woman) told me she doesn’t know when my medication will come in, I should get another prescription and go to another pharmacy. When I asked her for a partial refund, she told me she doesn’t make any money on prescriptions and I should complain to the NHS.

    I go out of my way to visit the Oldswinford Chemist. Staff are friendly and efficient and go the extra mile.
