I have been getting my weekly prescriptions from ASDA for around two months and I can honestly say I believe there was only one time in which there was not an issue. Today seems to take the biscuit though when it comes to a complete lack of competence. When going to retrieve my prescription I was told I would not be able to colledti it until tomorrow as their printer had run out of ink?! What kind of operation is this when you cannot even have the correct equipment to even deal with any patients. This is not the first time I have been told to wait due to either running behind or equipment and what they seem to fail to understand is that certain medications have to be taken on time and cannot be taken late. Well they probably do understand that but just seem completely unacceptable in general practise. This should not offer a prescription service. It is honestly attrocious. Original Comment Report...

From a start to finish very professional and approachable, he made even an effort to call my surgery to change my prescription on something that is actually in stock so I don’t have to wait longer than a day for it! Very unusual behaviour I am very pleased , I wished we had more professionals like that. Thank you thumbs up to the service, my number one pharmacy . Original Comment Report...
