The worst pharmacy in Andover. The manager is very rude and unproffesional. They don’t know how to work properly. That’s a joke!!!

Always a queue. Not enough staff. Never seen both service points manned at the same Time unless the queue gets too long. Why do they insist on 5 working days to turn around a prescription? 2 or 3 days elsewhere. Today, Sunday a queue of 10 or more at 10am opening time. 20 minutes waiting only to be told Pharmacist has not turned up. Closed. Why only one Pharmacist due in? No back up? Poor young girl left to deal with angry customers. Only use them as I can also food shop at the same time. No more. Back to ASDA. Probably get shopping yher too! Tesco should throw out this incompetent concession and bring in new management.

useless, no stock, don't pick up the phone. who are these people? aren't they supposed to be working for the community. Get a grip for goodness sake.
