Terrible service, some of the staff are pleasant enough but your meds take days and days to before they are ready, my wife recently told the prescription only came over yesterday, come back this afternoon, on her return it still wasn’t ready, she requested the prescription be given back and took to Boots who did there and then, I tried to call several times today to see if my prescription was ready to collect, on the last occasion the phone was clearly put on do not disturb as wouldn’t connect. Truly awful service!!!!

Since being taken over by Paydens the service at Seaforth Pharmacy has deteriorated dramatically. Clearly there is insufficient staff to deal with the number of prescriptions that are being sent to this Pharmacy as on several occasions this year routine medication has not been ready a week after being authorised by GP.
