We have been using the services of this pharmacy over a number of years and we have always found the staff very helpful, reliable and professional. They have gone miles to assist us. We cannot but praise them all along. We in fact have to go past another pharmacy which is closer to our home in order to reach Sheldons! So it is the quality of their service that makes us do the extra journey. | ||||||

Was perscribed 26mls of antibiotics for my 2 yr old by doctor. (Which equates to a 7 day course).
Took prescription to sheldons pharmacy who dispensed the medication, bagged it up and handed it over to.
I got home only to discover that 1 bottle of 20mls of antibiotics was dispensed.
When I called to query it, I was informed that the type of medication my child was perscribed only comes in bottles of 20mls and that by law they are within their rights to round down!!!
When I mentioned that the prescription was actually for 26mls I was told to go back to the doctors to get another prescription in order to get another 20ml bottle!
I obtained advice from the pharmaceutical council who have informed that Sheldons pharmacy should have given me 2x20ml bottles and told me to discard the excess!
Also called up 3 different pharmacies who informed me that they would have dispensed 2x20ml bottles and told me to discard the excess.
Don't waste your time with this pharmacy, they're just interested in making money over caring for patients/customers!! | ||||||
