I have had my prescriptions sent to Boots for a few years with no problems, but have now changed to a different pharmacy. Boots pharmacy are now very slow in processing prescriptions. My GP sent the prescription to Boots on Tuesday and it still hadn't been processed by Saturday. They did not send a text as usual, and when I tried to ring them I was on the telephone for over 10 minutes and no-one answered. The counter staff at the pharmacy also seem quite surly and tend to ignore customers waiting. It has gone downhill in my view.
