I felt the need to write a review after seeing bad ratings. I have to say that I have used this pharmacy for 25 years and have always been really pleased with it. I find the staff friendly and the pharmacist really helpful. Yesterday I went in to ask for pain killers and was advised to go next door to the surgery and ask for an urgent prescription. I did that and got my pills a day later. The staff have a busy and difficult job and they have to deal with all sorts of awkward and sometimes aggressive customers. I think they do an outstanding job. | ||||||

This Pharmacy has got to be the worst run in the country. I recently move to Boots in Stourbridge and after 2 days of posting my prescription at the doctors received a tx telling me my prescription was ready. I think we know were the fault is now. | ||||||

Absolutely dreadful!!!!! In my 70s I spent almost 5 hrs over 3 days waiting for a prescription everyone was asked of its whereabouts then one assistant pointed to a basket on top of a cupboard it was there!!!! Just a waste of time, they don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. Give them a miss my advice | ||||||
