I am very pleased with Shaunaks in Hanham, not being able to see a Dr my husband and I were worried my shingles also had infection, the Chemist looked at it and said I should go straight to hospital, I was kept in for a week and was very ill. Do not underestimate how helpful this chemist is. Thank you????

I recently had an opportunity to experiencing the pharmacy. I have to say that it was not good. Despite the doctors surgery confirming that the pharmacy had signed for the prescription the day before.  The pharmacy were adamant that they had not received it. Only after refusing to go back to the doctors for a replacement prescription did they happen to find it.  Very poor office management and very infuriating. There wasn't even a sorry in sight.
