Unable to supply antiseptic wipes or gauze due to lack of shelf space to store them. Unbelievable. Why stock numerous dressings and plasters if you can't buy the necessary to clean the wound first .. Reply from Well Blurton - Blurton Road Fri, 06 Sep 2019 09:32:01 +0100 Hello, Thank you for your message and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please be assured that customer service is of paramount importance to us and we welcome all feedback, to ensure we are delivering an expert and professional service and are providing the best possible experience to our customers. The Regional Manager who is responsible for pharmacies in this area has been informed of your feedback and they will address this during their next store visit. Unfortunately not all of our stores can keep a wide range of items due to space, however changes can be made to ensure they have the essentials for customers. Once again, I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Too many customers and not enough staff . waiting times for prescriptions too long- even after returning half an hour after dropping off prescription still had a ridiculous wait as item not ready. Staff are friendly enough but there just isn't enough of them. This chemist is the very worst I have ever used. For example, I requested Alendronic acid tablets which I need to protect my bones on no less than 6 occasions the last being yesterday. When I opened the package there was other items but still no Alendronic Acid.
Everyone using the chemists complains as they are having to wait hours for a prescriptions. If something is not done soon, there will be no person in the area using this chemist. I for one shall never used it again. Reply from Well Blurton - Blurton Road Thu, 21 Dec 2017 16:07:41 Z Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your disappointing experience.
