Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

This is a terrible pharmacy, I have never had decent service, they take days, sometimes over a week to fill prescriptions, they are constantly engaged when you ring, and if by some miracle you do get through, they leave you on the phone for ages, and all you hear is them talking.
if at possible go elsewhere

I booked my flu jab here and it was cancelled 2 hours before the appointment. I tried to call them to ask why it had been cancelled and received no response.

Prescription delivery: What a joke. If they deliver and you are out they do not re-deliver on a day convenient for you, they never contact to say delivery expected on a day and poss time, so if your out too bad, collect the same day after 3pm,What I didn't know is, that if you have failed delivery ( which I have twice through not being there due to other appointments at hospital) they do not deliver anymore prescriptions and you have to collect. Rubbish. To re-organise further deliveries you have to speak to the pharmacist who is now on holiday for a fortnight, so who is dispensing prescriptions during this fortnight. Jack Frost. Well ,need to over haul their delivery service to enable the staff to contact the customer/patient when delivery is coming out so they can say yes or no and arrange another day.Iget better service from Hermes and DHL
