Despite not the closest in distance, i have chosen this Pharmacy for picking up my GP prescriptions and any other service. The Staff are helpful and friendly. My main reason for using this store is the Pharmasist, who is both Calm under pressure as well as reassuringly professional. He is a very good commutator, and an excellent clinician . He knows his client base and makes the customers feel heard and valued. He always goes the extra mile to resolve any problem and add value to the experience. He deals with difficult situations in a sensitive manner and one always get the sense he listens and care. He is a problem solver with very good interpersonal skills. A key to any successful service. | ||||||

My issue is the Pharmacist, or may she is the Manager, who is constantly barking to the staff how to arrange shelves, where to put products etc which seems like staff training that should be done before/after opening Hrs. While we wait for prescriptions the public hear this woman being really very rude to the staff and appears to be a case of bullying. I'm not happy to listen to her and how she treats the team and someone needs to report her and investigate this bullying attitude. Despite her rudeness to them the staff are perfectly polite with customers while I am sure under stress in that shop. If her manner continues I will move to collect my meds from Boots in Clapham High St but this does not negate her attitude to members of staff but I hate that this bullying goes on unreported. Someone authoritative body need to look at this woman/this Pharmacy in Clarence Ave, SW4 as customers hear her manner while waiting. | ||||||
