Absolutely shocking customer service, the staff, when there are staff in there, are too busy gossiping with each other to bother coming to serve you. Even when I asked if I could be served I was told to wait while they finished their conversation (which was gossiping because I could hear them and not work related) it was a perfect example of really poor customer service and total rudeness. I left what I wanted to purchase on the counter and walked out and went to the Poundshop instead! | ||||||

The team are always friendly and helpful. They are very understanding and reassuring. I've switched my prescriptions to them and unlike my previous pharmacy, they didn't bat an eyelid when I asked for dosette boxes. | ||||||
