I witnessed staff being rude about customers, laughing about keeping them waiting. This is totally unacceptable proffessional. They told gave one young ill young lady, what warranted to bullying about her mental health. Did the whole shop have to know her business I think not. She was close to tears and two pharmacists and an assistant were laughing! An investigation or at least undercover customers really need to visit this shop. I will not be returning as I was disgusted how they treat people |

My doctor prescribed painkillers which I assumed would be available the same day as he sent the prescription electronically. I called in the next morning to collect them and was told they would not be ready until the following afternoon as they had to send them somewhere else to be made up. This was made out to be quite normal but was news to me as urgent prescriptions from the surgery have always been made up quickly. This is typical of their poor service. It seems that Boots are so busy that they are outsourcing instead of getting bigger premises and employing more staff. The shop has always been overcrowded and there are often queues stretching out onto the pavement. It’s a horrible place to work and no wonder the staff seem unhappy. I hate going there. There is an empty supermarket premises a stones throw away so why doesn’t Boots move there and make life a little more bearable for patients and staff alike |

Some shop assistants need retraining !!! Told earlier my script was not there, so I called my surgery where they assured me it had been sent 4 days earlier. Phoned Boots, and the guy was very apologetic as my meds were there, made up and ready to go !!! This is not the first time this has happened |
