Fed up with medication never being in .. went a few weeks ago for my fathers meds which had been ordered five days before.. it was a Friday and was told they had a problem with suppliers and couldn’t get it in .. no phonecall to let me know despite my dad being a vulnerable patient and me having to drive from wales to collect it . Nobody else had it in despite me trying about 20 other chemists . My dad then had all weekend without his Parkinson’s meds which set him back with awful side effects for nearly a fortnight. I’ve now changed chemists where there has never been a problem with supply and where they are always polite and understanding even in this trying of times .

Disappointed with Tesco Pharmacy. We took our baby’s prescription in on Thursday and asked specifically when they could have the milk and medication in by. We were advised it would be in on Saturday. Sunday we go to collect the medication and milk, they advise us the order was in. Not good enough when there is risk of a baby being left without milk.
