Today I was informed that I should make repeat prescription requests 7 days ahead. Ever since opening the expectation was 48 hours. One month ago it still was. No notification of this was given and the surgery staff were unaware of this new slower system. Such a shame, since until recently the pharmacy provided a good, prompt and friendly service. Very poor

Nowhere near the same level of care since Medioharmacy took over. The few staff left from the previous set up try really hard and are lovely, whilst working with an ineffective, inefficient system where prescriptions are never ready and the pharmacist invisible

They can’t ever complete the prescription in full, they don’t stock hardly any medication, most items have to be ordered in ,my second to last prescription took 7 days to be completed. I appreciate there was appx 12 different medications but there was 4 separate deliveries to fulfill my order . It is a major worry that after a gp appointment and you are prescribed something that you need to take immediately because you are struggling to breathe takes 5 days until they have it. My opinion is that medipharmacy are a disgrace and by not having the stock available is just a money making exercise with no care for Ill people , there are numerous other failings but to many to mention. I hope someone reads this and does something about it before someone becomes more I’ll or dies . I’m not being dramatic,as getting your medication when needed is as important as seeing your gp or consultant Brian
