The repeat prescription service is a laugh they are never ready even if you phone to ask if they will be ready.The staff are not very helpful and can be quite rude.They have a notice on the counter asking customers to treat the staff with respect well that has to work both ways.If you are owed any medication because it's not in stock you have to wait when you collect it should be ready for you to pick up.When this chemist was run by the co op l had no complaint whatsoever it has just gone down bank. I signed up for the repeat prescription service which used to be great,I was given a card with the date for collection could pop in and my repeat would be waiting not anymore your prescription goes into a tray alongside new scripts and then you have to wait your turn which could be up to half an hours waiting if your lucky.why on earth offer a service that you can't deliver.I was told to ring the chemist before leaving home to ask if my repeat was ready on numerous occasions I was told they were ready only to make the journey and find out they were not . I also think you should put complaint forms on the counter because not everyone has access to a computer I think you would be surprised at the response.A very disappointed customer.
