This Pharmacy is a danger to its patients. All the staff have a cough or cold or are off sick. Prescriptions are rarely fulfilled on time. Prescriptions are rarely complete. Staff are oblivious to their patients needs. Whether it's a repeat, urgent or vital medication you will be told to come back multiple times. Medicine they 'cannot' get is readily available elsewhere. Everyone including elderly folk is made to wait for hours or told to come back, again and again. The premises are dirty, disorganised and poorly organised. Senior staff vacuum during their lunch break. The name of Jephson should be removed this is now Pillbox and they need to take responsibility for all their failures.

I visited Jephsons pharmacy on Saturday after a couple of days of extreme hay fever. My usual over the counter drugs were not working and I was feeling snotty and miserable. I saw the Pharmacist and Proprietor who gave me a consultation with recommendations for a couple of products including a prescription antihistamine. I had no idea pharmacists could prescribe. I was delighted to collect my meds straight away and they have worked too. Hurrah for this local pharmacy offering such a prompt and effective service to our community. Our local doctors have a waiting list of around 5 weeks for routine appointments so not having to wait was brilliant. Our doctors can now use their appointment time for a more serious or complex matter.
