Staff just lie,'it's on the van' is standard practice but never check. My BP tablets 1 week overdue, left me 5 days with no meds. Rude staff. My friend worked there, she said they re use old returned meds with new labels. Profit 1st, customers 2nd

Hopeless. Staff have no interpersonal skills & little knowledge. Morrisons so much better in every way

Poor service. Tails told to cover inefficiency . Staff not wearing masks walk next to eachother. Poor covid adherence
