The staff do not want to help any phone enquiries. The standard practice appears to be hang up on the customer. I tried over 2 days making over 30 calls and it either rings out or is picked up and put down again within seconds

Never have prescription in stock even for common items can't find your prescription, tell you to come back after queuing for ages charge for delivery, most others don't wish I had never moved doctors mind you even they tell you they are not the best appalling really you are ill and they are so slow having to order in all the time need some competition in immediate area to wake them up or close

I'd say my experience was poor customer service but I didn't get any. Stood at the counter and totally ignored whilst staff right infront on me. I call it ignorant. Last in a series of issues. Not getting my household prescriptions anymore. I'll travel further to avoid.
