I moved to this pharmacy from a different well known chain and I’m so delighted with the service. Every single member of this small pharmacy team are always so jolly and go out of their way to help me when things haven’t gone as expected. Nothing is too much trouble and they’ve restored my faith in the nhs making me feel important and cared for. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

I have visited many times for advice and to buy items for my children. I now have my prescription sent to the pharmacy in town as my last chosen chemist was useless. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.

I went into the Day Lewis Pharmacy about 5 weeks ago as I was experiencing bleeding from my left nipple. I firstly spoke to one of Motsi's assistants as I was embarrassed about asking but the nurse informed me that she was going to have to consult with one particular staff member as she was not qualified to advise me. This staff member asked me how long the bleeding had been going on and advised me to contact my GP as soon as possible. I did this and was referred to the breast clinic where I have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Fortunately thanks to this staff member's advice they have caught the cancer very early as undetected I hate to think of what could have happened.Whenever I go into Priory Walk chemist I always receive brilliant service and when I have questions I do not feel I am a burden as they will always help me.
