I’m new to this Chemist and after visiting multiple times I can say their service is Excellent! I was suprised by some of the older reviews, but from my experience the staff were friendly and I had my prescriptions given to me without a fuss. There was a problem with the doctor sending a prescription, but this was handled very quickly and professionally by the staff at Highem chemist. Will definitely be using this as my regular Pharmacy now! | ||||||

Highem Pharmacy staff and service offered is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
I had ordered my repeat prescription and due to my busy schedule completely forgot to contact the pharmacy to pick it up and to my amazement they delivered the repeats without me even contacting them.
I am so grateful for such a wonderful service and know that many people do not have this service in many parts of the country or world. Therefore it is heartbreaking when you read negative comments when the pharmacy is doing their best to deliver a great service.
The NHS is a great service. .
If you live in other countries its very rare you get this type of service.

. The first contact is unfriendly and never smiles. Medicines that you need are not available and availability is vague. A wart cream took 3 months to come and I was told I would get it delivered but they forgot and I had to go and ask repeatedly.
Yesterday as customers were in the chemist, a staff member was sitting on the counter with her back .
Just lack of professionalism and care.
Gladly have taken my custom back to another more welcoming and caring pharmacy. | ||||||
