Pharmacy seems uncoordinated very rarely is a prescription correct. Last prescription collected 12 November I had to make two journeys as only half my order was dispensed.As I am often not too mobile (82 years old) suffering from arthritis I find this difficult. Just been texted to say another prescription ready for me , not due until January next and containing item not ordered by me. Don't know what else I can do as pharmacy appear to take no responsibility for mistakes. This is not a recent occurance.
