I went to this pharmacy to drop off a prescription for a Gentleman with special needs I am a driver for. As i entered, the lady behind the counter was sternly telling a lady that the nicotine e cigarettes that she wanted were not the red ticket advertised price but full price, and went back into the pharmacy to tell everyone else about it. I handed over the prescription and said that i needed to drop this off, was told to wait while they see if its in stock. I was taken aback as i was just dropping the prescription off, the Gentleman and the carer were in the car waiting as we were on our way to an appointment. I was then informed that i had to wait 25 minutes which i said i could not do as i was driving the gentleman to somewhere he had to go and could the prescription not be posted or something? At this point two other Ladies started to make comments in quite snippy tones of voice, that he does not get deliveries, his mum picks up prescriptions. I explained that his Mum asked me to drop it off because she has just got out of hospital after breaking her hip. The cross answer to this was, well his staff can get it (technically this is only allowed when he is in respite and not in Mums care). I felt verbally attacked and very intimidated by the attitude of these 3 women and stated this to the pharmacist on my way out who simply shrugged. I will never go back to this pharmacy, shocking treatment, very unprofessional.

They dont have everyday medicines in stock. Was told it would be a week before I could get mine and I was getting low so would have ran put by then. Go Boots or Superdrug, way better staff willing to help.
