Absolutely could not be bothered to help at all. Sarcastic comments and high and mighty attitudes. Will be complaining to the manager

Had to wait ages. Have looked at reviews, all say virtually the same. Bad bad attitude from all the staff. They need training in customer care. Old people on zimmer frames etc just left to wait disgusting. This place has gone down hill.

Rude, bored and disengaged pharmacy staff. No queue - was told I had to wait 5 minutes. Went off to do some shopping and came back 15 minutes later. A group of three staff stood around laughing at a magazine. One of them shouted to me to come back in 5 minutes. Told her she said that 15 minutes ago. She told me the pharmacist had lots of labels to stick on. They’re useless. I’m getting my prescriptions elsewhere from now on.
