I know we shouldnt be happy when someone has left ,but I have to say HOORAY lol
I have been going to this pharmacy for since 1985 and there have been many many changes mostly an improvement with some excellent people working there .
Unfortunatly the previous male pharmacist insulted me the very first day I met him but thats another story
I witnessed over time the pharmacy lose its bright happy to see and help you to people just doing there jobs not smiling looking miserable you could feel the atmosphere ,no longer did I want to visit
then a few months ago it seems someone had a brilliant idea and changed pharmacists
in came a lovely lady back to the old days even the lighting seems brighter
people smiling asking how you are when I pop in for my prescription wanting to take an interest
it truly is a big turnaround from how low I felt it had dropped to the very high standard it is now and they deserve to know this so i hope they see this
please keep this pharmacist here because i doubt there are many better
and if she is only a temporary pharmacist then blooming well make her the pharmacist
because I don't think you will find many better
and yes give the branch an award for most improved in such a short space off time
use the profit you make from my prescripions lol
ok that's me done
its very rare i ever do these but i feel they deserve to know they are appreciated
and how well they have done

Over the last four months I have request my prescription by giving la letter into my local detailing the items required. On every occasion the items I did not require (to save on cost to the NHS) have been given and the items required not given Again today on going into the Boleypark pharmacy to collect for my wife and my self after giving written requests and info on Monday 17th July and being told to collect after Friday noon.On attempting to collect Saturday 22nd July.my wife's had not been done and I was given one of the items I did not require but not the one I did request. Informed to come back later to collect our requirements on visiting the pharmacy at 1,45pm I was told to come back again later as the pharmacist was on a lunch break. The errors I have attempted to explain have occurred on previous occasions even to the point were I had to be give a emergency supply due to an assistant saying my surgery had not supplied the info ----- question how come part of the prescription was made up (same problem items given not required and the item needed not supplied) Sorry Co Op Badly Done.My neighbours are telling me in future go to the Tesco Pharmacy Lichfield
It looks like It might be the best option

I recently reviewed this Pharmacy and said how quickly it had changed from a a business that was dark no smiles ,that had a new Pharmacist who had changed it around to an efficient no more being given too many tablets or not enough or just plain wrong,
it has remained a bright happy cheerful efficient Pharmacy and im pleased to say that the member of staff who has made such a difference has been made Manager (well done whoever made that decision one best you will make)..
I also think a member of staff who works there and has done for some years deserves a mention as she has put up with my bad jokes for many years and i just want say thanks I do appreciate your help .
