Got a text to collect prescription, only to be told I couldn't have it because the computer was down I explained that I had a text to come and collect them. They said they didn't know where they where they were and the computer tells them were they were put. Another member of staff told anyone in the queue collecting meds to come back later as the computer was down. Ridiculous. Just another problem in a long list associated with this terrible pharmacy. Needs taking over by competent staff.

I've been with this pharmacy maybe a year now. Meds almost never ready. Lots of mix ups. Very poor service. This is third pharmacy in as many years, all poor.

Boots West Denton ~ After having to use this chemist to despence my medication with my life depends on, I’m totally at my ends with their discard for any ergancy on getting my tablets to me within a fair time. (2/3 days). One member of staff in particular is rude, makes my GP not signing the slip out to be my fault, when i’ve Told her it’s ready the next day AFTER making sure it will be with my GP sends out their driver two days later, tells me when ‘I’ should order my tablet saying I do t need them after my dose hD been changed PLUS forgets to pass on the message to pick it up in the first place THEN blaming ME! As I can not name this person, all I can say is you need to go and get some ppl skills. It’s NOT my fault mistakes happen with the GP! If t It was not for one member of staff who is amazing I’d never get my script right.
