(15/11/2023 @13.15)The manager was very rude, After ten days received my prescription still not completed. When I asked my medication the manager was very rude also she told me next time go to somewhere else. I never asked anything free from her. I pay for my prescription. The Boots not her own company to tell to customer like this. If the manager can’t give good service then she has to resign the job. At the counter no hello, no thanks no nothing. Worst customer service in the New Malden Boots pharmacy. Get a new manager please.
