Following Covid guidelines, I went to this pharmacy to request an ointment for my eye. I spoke with the pharmacist assistant and explained I had a very red and sore left eye which had developed a stye. Only to be told I don’t need ointment but to clean the eye with warm water, which I said it’s what I’ve been doing. The pharmacist overheard our conversation and said the same. I explained that I needed eye ointment as it was no longer just a stye but a weeping irritation and extremely painful. She refused, I asked if they had some ointment reply was yes but you’re not having it. I explained I was a qualified nurse and doctor had recommended the ointment is what I needed. To be told before turning away from me to bathe in warm water. Leaving me speechless!! I went to another pharmacy and yes I bought the ointment I needed for a very painful eye
