Had urgent prescription, no answer when calling them which happens all the while. Finally found in contact and they said it was ready, but when I went to collect it they has lost it !!! Later when trying to call them either they don't answer the phone or they disconnect it !! Appalling service when they used to be great

Have to wait a week for repeat prescriptions. Visit doc, prescription goes straight to boots but you still have to wait 4 days. Moved to another another pharmacy.

Went with a prescription for eye drops on Sunday, the lady behind the counter, with absolute lack of interest, took my prescription found the item and said we have it but cannot give it to you it’s not the correct dose? I said it’s eyes drops?? She replied we only have 5mcls tote prescription says 7mcls? So no joy! Went back on Tuesday, they took my prescription and asked me to fill in a questionnaire, (25) minutes later, the lady returned and said, sorry we have only got 5mcls so we will have to owe you the rest?? I said why did you not do this on Sunday? She said so staff are more helpful than others?? I said it was you who served me on Sunday, I have an ear infection slant the eye drops mad though it sounds are to stop the infection?? The pharmacist then said we owe you the rest, I said I get that, my issue is why did you not do this on Sunday absolute shambolic
