Yesterday, whilst out of my local area, called into this Chemist to get a prescription filled.The staff were extremely helpul, advising me on the medication I was receiving.Good service, friendly staff.

I would just like to extend my thanks to all the staff at Throckley Chemist, I have been using this chemist and their services for some time now and want to say how helpful they all are. In particular when dealing with an elderly relative's needs they go above and beyond to help out and make things as seamless as they can. I always receive a cheery welcome and feel reassured if I have a problem or issue with anything they will oblige. Thank you once again.

I am not the type of person that would normally comment or leave a review, however I felt compelled to do so today. Due to an on going health issue I use Throckley chemist regularly and I have to admit I have almost come to take the outstanding service I receive every time I use the varied services that are on offer for granted. The staff are brilliant, nothing is to much and everything they do is done professionally yet with a friendly helpful smile. I wouldn't use any other chemist,in fact I drive past others to get to Throckley. I don't feel its going to far to say you are made to feel like One of the family!
