Lady on the pharmacy section was sooo rude asking personal questions all I wanted was some cold tablets she was going on like a doctor didn’t catch her name but she was a short Asian lady on walking sticks, then after wasting my time asking about 20 questions she said we don’t have any, I will never shop in there again her attitude was all wrong | ||||||

They don’t contact you when your prescription is ready. They don’t contact you when your prescription ISNT’ ready. They don’t let you know when part of your prescription isn’t ready. They don’t pick up the phone. When you go and see them, stressed and clearly upset that your medicine isn’t there and they haven’t bothered to let you know, they just talk over you? Interrupt you and show ZERO empathy. Appalling pharmacy and frankly, should not even exist. Do NOT make this your pickup pharmacy. | ||||||
