I am sad to give this a negative review as it is my local pharmacy but I had a really poor experience with them. My wife has had recent surgery and was sent home with heparin injections and a sharps box. We were told by the hospital that at the end of this treatment to hand the box in at a pharmacy for disposal. I tried to do this here and was treated very rudely. At the same time i was purchasing supplies for my wife and the assistant spoke to me very badly, telling me that she did not think she could sell me what I was asking for..which meant nothing to me it was just what my wife had written down on my list. But no explanation and as i was able to buy it elsewhere...she obviously could. I know rules are there to protect us but common courtesy and customer service seems to be a thing of the past. The assistant was more interested in sharing her cup of tea with a sales rep than assisting me. I shall use the pharmacy in the village in future ...good customer service is worth the walk. Rowland some training is needed here
