Always off-hand, often rude. Policy is to send you away whilst they find your prescription, even aren’t busy - presumably so you will buy something in shop.

I was told by my doctor last Tuesday that my prescription would be available to pick up on Thursday- it wasn't, so I went in on Sunday and was told they hadn't been sent anything and that was that, despite me saying I needed it asap. So I phoned my doctors this morning and asked if they had sent it and it should have been there on the Thursday and they said yes and they told me the time the fax was sent but they said they would send it again and they'd have my prescription ready for this afternoon. I phoned the pharmacy a few hours later to see if I could go get it and I had the main Pharmacist come on the phone literally shouting at me that I am a liar and they are well aware of when my prescription was sent (this morning) and they can't get it ready in that time, I said please stop shouting at me I'm just saying what my doctors have said and they said 'stop lying my fax says 9:23 3rd of October!!! The third is today, get it'. By this point I was flabbergasted and couldn't get a word in edge ways so said thanks for nothing and hung up whilst the pharmacist was still ranting at me. Ridiculous behaviour from a grown professional- and all I wanted was my prescription that I need!
