Everytime I have visited this pharmacy in the past 6 months I have received absolutely shocking service. I always leave prescriptions in plenty of time (around 2 weeks) and they are never ready. The staff ignore the queues of people waiting. Even to be acknowledged with a 'we'll be with you soon' would be an improvement. Its an extremely hostile environment to walk into, this morning the staff members were all arguing in front of customers and this was at 9am! Every single day they have a sign up saying they are short staffed but I never see them advertising for job roles. I've waited 3 weeks for diabetes medication to be given 1 pack of tablets and an IOU note! The shelves look ransacked and the place could do with a good clean. Well pharmacy you need to be supporting your stores better. |

Staff are lovely and go out there way to help. Manager is wonderful and has helped me no end with issues with my prescription. Lovely pharmacy, staff are ever so friendly..
