Picked up a prescription for a new drug and the staff and manager were very knowledgable and helpful with my questions.
I came here in the past and the place has vastly improved.

Excellent service, pleasant staff and the new refit has really smartened the place up.
The surroundings must uplift the staff too! In my experience delay in prescriptions is usually down to the fact the prescriptions have not got to the pharmacy in time and were probably digitally signed late in the day at the practice. I dread picking up my prescription, the waiting time is ridiculous, the shop can be empty and you are still having to wait at least 10min to 25min. I have lost count of how many times I have witnessed unhappy customers, from having to wait too long, or the most common complaint I've witnessed is customers getting home, only to find they have missed items from their prescription, this has also happened to me, twice (very frustrating) you could argue that you should check that you have all your items, but your not always thinking and most people are very busy and you trust that all your items will be in the bag. My recent visit I noticed a sign pinned on the wall, it says Respect Us and goes on to ask customers not to get angry or aggressive, this is testimony of what is happening, why are customers behaving like this? I think usually mild mannered people are getting totally frustrated with what should be a simple every day task of collecting a prescription. Something needs to change and I hope for the sanity of your customers, it happens soon. | ||||||
