Staff are fab pharmacy is chaos. Call to double check it's ready for collection go to collect no its not ready or half is missing lucky I don't have a life threatening condition. But acute pain and spams.

An elderly, housebound relative was getting their repeat prescriptions delivered from this pharmacy but is now using another pharmacy due to errors every single month. What should have been a simple process of ordering a repeat of last months medications often left my relative without medication for several days at a time. The repeats were ordered at least a week in advance, either by phone or on the printed form, but when items were left off or the whole delivery failed to arrive, the pharmacy staff would insist that the medication had not been requested. When I pointed out that I knew it had been as I had done the reordering, they came out with other garbled excuses about it being the Dr's surgery mistake or how difficult and time consuming it is for them to download the prescriptions. As I said my relative has now moved to another pharmacy but I worry for any other elderly, housebound people who may be dependent on this service.
