Shocking treatment of a customer. I went to wicker late night to purchase 2 urgent prescriptions. First the girl said she didn't have them. I responded I had phoned just 20 mins prior and was told you did. Then I paid and a worker ran after me in the carpark saying I hadn't. I returned to the store to pay again only to get home and see 2 card transactions pending and money stopped from my account. I called her back and she said oh the first 1 was voided. Oh so hang on you messed up and tried to claim my card didn't go through. Then I phoned accounts and he was equally as rude and arrogant saying obviously second payment was cancelled. Well no your wrong again. So quite frankly badly trained, bad attitude staff. Unacceptable customer service. Nothing more to say. I deserved an apology that you messed up and now money is withheld from my account due to your mistake. A voided card transaction is done by the company and not me so they should have said really sorry. |

Two members of staff need to go on course for how to talk and deal with customers this is the 3rd time ive seen the staff talk down and even raise there voice at customers.
I think its very unprofessional the way that i have witnessed these two members of staff talk to people .they is better ways to explain and get there point across i myself felt very uncomfortable and couldnt wait to leave i think overall the chemist is very good and as everything you need just need better staff. I was waiting as they told me take a sit then I came back day after tomorrow not ready , then tomorrow again not ready again and again day after tomorrow, they still not ready been told to take sit after 1 hour and 16 minutes I went to desk asked, have you forgotten me ? The assistant says ohhh sorry it's ready but forgot call you., I took medication went out there's one item missing back again told them they say. I item missing, asked them to check computer they say you right we missed one item, I was upset and told them that is your medication back give me my prescription I'll go different pharmacy, they didn't accept, I left all medications back home Reply from Wicker Pharmacy Thu, 22 Dec 2016 16:36:59 Z Thanks for visiting our pharmacy and leaving a comment here.
