Has anyone else experienced difficulty contacting this Lloyd’s branch by phone? Almost every time I ring to order our next batch of meds, the line is invariably engaged or unanswered. I have both my husbands and my repeat prescriptions registered there and I always have problems contacting them. I have mentioned this to them when I go there and they say there is no problem with their line. This is the only number I have a problem with. | ||||||

My baby boy is almost 8 months old and due to suffering with a cows milk allergy he needs a prescribed formula milk called Pepti 1. The Lloyds Pharmacy in Shirley is my local pharmacy and now kindly orders this formula for me on request. The Supervisor understands how important it is for us to have enough of this formula and now always has 2 in stock ready for us to pick up. The supervisor and her colleagues are always super helpful and most importantly really lovely with my baby boy when we pop in and out.
