Terrible waiting time,prescription done via patient access 20 mins waiting for it to be dispensed extremely slow locum.tried both branches now and i am sorry but have lost my faith in both,Staff customer training needs to happen.Changed to another Chemist. Original Comment Report...

I have been collecting our prescriptions from here for over 2 years. I have never had a problem with what i ordered and its always on time. Plus the staff are also very nice. The pharmacist has always been very helpful he reviewed my tablets and found that one of my drugs was the cause of pain in my legs and changed the tablet to something different. Since then the pain has completely gone. I would definately recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants good customer service. Original Comment Report...

Messed up my partners prescription again which is very concerning as my partner has diabetes, depression and bipolar disorder. So as well as putting my partners physical health at risk which in turn makes her worry which then impacts on her mental health. So me and my partner were discussing the latest problem instore while pharmacist tried to sort it out with success. I stated to my partner I can't believe they have messed up again and frustrated I was. Then a member of staff told me not to speak about them like that,it wasn't there fault, not to raise my voice even though I was not near a member of staff or even talking to a staff member, just my partner. I was also told not to even think about swearing so as well as being extremely rude they were also able to read my mind. Me and my partner have never experienced such a rude member of staff in any store or being shouted at. The pharmacist made the excuse, they heard my conversation with partner.
