I'd rather undergo a lobotomy than have my prescription dispensed here.

Went there to purchase some cream for itchy skin and showed the assistant what had been recommended by another pharmacy she gave me wrong cream so went back 20 minutes later to get refund only to be told I couldn't get a refund.staff were very unhelpful and actually laughed at me when I said I only just brought product and was very distressed complete lack of compassion and understanding. Will never go here ever again??

Staff unhelpful & damn right rude. At one point it was suggested that my father may have dementia or not taking his medication correctly and I was told to go home & check what meds he had left as according to them he had enough for at least another month. I asked what I shd do if I did this & found he was running out. Was advised to call 111 & tell them he had lost his meds. A complete & utter lie. I then asked for them to go thru the last meds they dispensed & what dosage he should be taking. When I did the maths he was indeed running out. No apology, no admittance that they were wrong & they should have made up his prescription. They don't care & will give you any cock & bull story to cover up their failings.I ended up storming out absolutely disgusted by their complete & utter lack of customer service. Dangerous when elderly people rely on their medication. For the sake of your own mental health, steer clear.
