Usually the pharmacist are absolutely brilliant and with two children they have helped me in numerous occasions. However the middle aged counter assistant I saw today Monday 22nd Jan at 10.15 absolutely needs training on customer service. Having received a text to say my Prescription is ready I travel to Tesco, wait in the endless queue to be told no it’s not ready because I’ve just put it through. When I showed her the text, she dismissed it and said well it’s not ready- it will be half an hour thank you. With that she went to the next customer as I said actually I haven’t finished but she just ignored that as she had said thank you and had dismissed me. Come on Tesco, your pharmacists are wonderful but this pharmacy counter staff was shocking!

Tesco pharmacy Beccles, Suffolk. I have repeat prescription's which I collect once a month. Medicines' are always missing, although I have lifetime conditions which they know about and which tablets are needed daily. The staff attitude is "so what" and blames locum staff. They are playing with my health, never go there again, and they don't even register when I complain. I get better service on the veg counter.
