Went into pick up my prescription and when I was in a tiny queue a lady refused to help me so the other lady said just take a seat while we sort it at that point she went to sort it and overhead her talking about me behind my back and said that doing my prescription is a pain the ass complaining I changed doctors I don't need there permission to change I found all 3 of the women there rude and bad attitudes I felt victimised and felt hurt as I treated them with respect and kindness maybe they need to have a course on customer service only a small few are kind and very helpful especially the pharmacist this isn't the first time I have complained about the staff and advice people not to go there I have now changed pharmacy as a result of this incident my mother heard and seen everything and when I told the pharmacist I heard everything that was said etc and all she did is look at me no apology just silence! BAD CHEMIST!!! I know for a fact if the pharmacist was there that day the attitude and bad customer service would not be tolerated the pharmacist is very caring he is an amazing pharmacist never judge just does his job well thank you and good bye take care
