I order my medication through patient access and on numerous occasions the pharmacist tells me that the doctor hasn't sent it through and he won't give it to me. When I call the GP he says that it was approved and its the pharmacist error this backwards and forwards goes on with the pharmacist always blaming the GP. I keep going and he is dismissive and refused to give the missing medication. The pharmacy is not the same the last few years, they keep making critical errors and blame everyone but themselves.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never experienced such bad customer service from a pharmacy in my life. The pharmacist is rude. has awful customer service, and refuses to give medication. AVOID this pharmacy at all costs. Not what you need when getting your medication. HORRIBLE!
