I had to put a emergency prescription in on Tuesday so I could pick up Friday after 4pm as I work till 5 thought if I got there at 545 it would be ok turned up only to find it shut and should of been opened till 615 this has caused major inconvenience to me myself and family as were do to go on holiday the next morning now will have to leave later and take a later ferry which has cost extra totally unacceptable service this pharmacy is on its knees it’s need changing now Reply from Rowlands Pharmacy Tue, 04 Sep 2018 10:12:55 +0100 Thank you for taking the time to share your experience as we welcome all patient feedback as this provides us with a valuable insight into our services from the patient’s perspective and can inform service improvement. I have been getting more & more frustrated by the length of time they take to process repeat prescriptions. Today was the final straw.
My husband went to pick up my repeat prescription prior to going away tomorrow & was told it had been refused by the surgery due to having picked one up recently.
Phoned the surgery. Not true. the prescription is there but nobody from Rowlands has picked them up for two days.
Called Rowlands. They don't have a delivery driver at the moment. The surgery is about a mile away.
Will not be using them again. Told them this & a 'bored' voice said 'OK, if that's how you feel'.
You are not providing cotton wool Rowlands. These are drugs that people need to know they can pick up when they expect to. | ||||||
