Very poor service, often don’t have meds, bad staff attitude, talk to you like you’re dirt. This has been a problem for several months. Never able to fill a prescription. ( typical ) Just fulfilled my prescription after 2 weeks. Had to get a new prescription meanwhile so I could get meds from another pharmacy. That took just 24hrs no problem, so moved repeat prescriptions to that pharmacy. Don’t waste your time at Tesco Warwick instore pharmacy! | ||||||

Stuff not available, which is acceptable. Not acceptable to be told come back in three days. Very poor customer service skills. Don’t care attitude. Take it or leave it. Needs retraining. Entitled attitude. Do better ! | ||||||

I just wanted to say a quick thank you to all the pharmacy staff who were working at the Warwick store on Monday evening. I was waiting for my prescription and was in a lot of pain and was standing there crying my eyes out. I felt very embarrassed as I was on my own. The staff took me to one side gave me a tissue and a glass of water and sat with me until I felt a bit better, the pharmacist then went through all my medication and made sure I had a lift home! Thank you all so much! | ||||||
